Not sure what the title of this one should be. I am debating between "physically here, but not mentally" or just plain "ARG".

I am back from Hawaii and survived the plane trip over and back! I did so many things in Hawaii that I don't know if I will get to them in this blog. I would usually write it all, but when I came home I found out that my biology teacher had moved my test up to this week instead of next and I already had a paper due today that I hadn't even started! So the paper is almost done and I have tons of studying to do and it is already 6 at night. I know you are probably thinking "stop writing on your blog and get to work"! I need a break and I am about to through my computer out the window! Microsoft word just froze up on me and I haven't saved in a while and think I just lost the end of my paper...........that was why I wanted to label this blog "ARG"!! The time change from Hawaii to Utah has really thrown me off, I want to sleep in until one, but then my body just doesn't want to go to sleep until 1 am!! My days seem really short! Yes I am complaining a lot..........sorrry!

Hawaii was awesome, and the cruise going to four different islands in Hawaii was Awesome!!RB and I packed up on thursday night and left Friday morning for the airport. Our flight left at around eleven am. We met up with Jeff, Cindy, and RB's parents at the airport. We all had the same flight over to Hawaii. That made me less nervous :) We flew on a 767......I only know that because of RB. I was so nervous before getting on the plane. I was shaking!! SO as we walked passed the flight attendant my mother in law mentioned that this was basically my first time flying. ( yes, it wasn't quite my first time, but I haven't flown since I was way younger and all I remember about it was being scared to death the whole time!). The flight attendant got all excited and pulled out a set of wings and then gave them to me to pin on my jacket. Then she went up to the cockpit and had me follow her to meet the pilot and the copilot! It was fun! I asked if I could take a picture of them and they said that it would be better it I sat in the pilot seat and got one of me!! They even put the pilot hat on me!! It was so fun, and it made me so much less nervous knowing I had such nice and awesome pilots!!!
That is going to be it for now......I have to go and study. I tried to upload some pictures but that will have to wait because it didn't work

Craziness!!

Hello,

So this school semester has been crazy busy for just having two classes. I don't get it! I had two classes in the spring and they did not keep me this busy. I keep getting assignment after assignment in one class, and the other class is crazy hard! I just took a test on monday and have one on this coming Friday! I had a test last week and a paper due on Friday. I got two more assignemts in my class today that adds to the already two assignments that I had! I keep going from "maybe I can do this" to "oh my gosh, I need to drop my classes now!!!!" I really want to be done this semester! So I am pretty sure I am going to just suffer, maybe not the best thing for my chronic mono, but gosh dang it! I want to be done!! :) Ha ha ha, ok enough complaining for me:).......for now....

So This picture is of one of my really cute and small cantalopes I have in my garden! Seriously they are small, but they still taste good! This picture is of a cute kitty my parents got, they actually have three of them. They were so fun to play with when I went over there last saturday! I can't remember what this ones name is, but it loved to be held!

Watermelon

It has been three weeks and two days of school and I am still alive. This is a good thing:) I can't believe how much more work this semester is than my last semester. I still only have two classes, but it seems like I am doing some kind of homework everynight. I have a test tomorrow, a paper due on Friday, and then a test on next tuesday. Good thing they are a bit spread out, but it has been stressful.

I have picked my watermelon out of my garden, sorry for the lack of pictures. It was a yummy watermelon! I only had two watermelons grow. I still have the other one in my fridge.



I am going crazy! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha........ok not officially, but I am in a weird mood. Why is it that I always write on my bolg when I am in a weird mood? Now everyone who reads it probably thinks I am crazy. I promise most of my days are normal, at least as normal as they can get with chronic mono :)



I have to identify about fifteen different turfgrass species tomorrow, along with knowing their scientific name (including spelling it right). My favorite of the grasses that I have memorized so far is the Blue Grama Grass -Bouteloua gracilis. This is my favorite, not because it is necessarily a good turfgrass, but because its inflourescence looks like an eyebrow! It is fun to play with it.



This last Saturday, RB's parents came up for Jeffs Birthday ( RB's younger brother). We went to Pounders! It is a yummy yummy place, I especially love their macoroni salad! It was quite fun! We bought a cake and ice cream to have back at our house. I also had them all try some of my watermelon from my garden, because I thought it was to yummy not to share. Anyways the reason I am sharing this is because of this picture:

Jeff got creative and took his cake decorations off the cake and nicely decorated the watermelon! I thought it was funny so I took a picture.

School has begun

School has begun for me! Hopefully I will be able to make it through this semester with out getting majorly sick! The only thing I am worried about is my biology lab. It is at a bad time of day! My schedule has been getting up and going to class, then coming home and taking a nap at about 1 pm to 2:30. Long nap, but apparently my body needs it. I just get so exhausted at about that time, well my lab is at 1:30 on Fridays! I am going to be falling asleep during lab! I checked to see if there was another lab I could attend earlier, but they all start at 1:30! Ugh, I guess I will have to try and take a nap ealier then 1pm.

anyways, off of my school soap box :) I got my flu shot today! Daline called and informed me that it would be better if I had my flu shot in order to see douglass by the end of september :) I bet I surprised her by getting it so fast!! I guess I haven't told her that I got it yet! He is in the NICU right now:) He was born a month and a half early! He is doing really well. He has Jaundice, but is only hooked up to one IV and a feeding tube! He is also under the lights, for the Jaundice. He was 4 lbs and 15 ounces. A pretty good sized premie :)

I am getting rid of all of my inventory from my Mary Kay business. I am still going to sell it, but I am just going to order as needs be. All of my inventory I have is 50% off!!LEt me know if you need anything and I will let you know if I have it in my inventory!

Tomorrow is gonna be a busy day! Devon and Angela are going to be staying with us for a month or two :) They are my cousins and are moving to logan. Devon got a job here in logan. I am excited:)

Howdy Again

So this is me, finally up and about. I have had a tough week. Seriously been in bed most of the week. It was not fun. I had everything imaginable when you have the flu! It started on my anniversary and I am finally on the tail end of it! I still have no energy, but at least I am not feeling so sick any more.

That is what has been going on for the past week.

I designed my header for this blog, isn't it cute. I had some help with some cute paintbrushes in photoshop:)

Garden fun!

This is a picture of a watermelon and a pumpkin growing in my garden. The pumpkin is the same one that I took a picture of a while ago :) I have only two watermelon growing, but I have lots of pumpkins. My cucumber plant didn't work out, and my zucchini plant has two zucchini's on it.

Yesterday was RB and I's four year anniversary. We aren't going to celebrate until this Saturday. I have got a serious head cold, blah!! Hopefully it will be gone by Saturday. Not exactly sure what we are going to do:) Find a nice place to eat, at least.

I finally ordered my bday present:) A nice new office chair!! I am sitting in it right now, I love it! Super comfy!

Not much going on, just had a head cold/ fever. I am always confused at what to call it. RB says if you have a fever then you have the flu, but I always thought it wasn't the flu until you barfed.

It is about noon right now. I actually got up at like 7:30ish with RB. I stayed up for an hour, then went back to bed. It was great!

Lets see, My mind has gone blank. Oh yeah, It was my birthday last saturday. We went to Ihop for lunch, and then I kinda got sick after that. We were going to go roast hotdogs at my parents house later, but didn't end up doing that until sunday. I got myself some cute candles :) they have daisies all over them. I almost got myself trick candles for the fun of it. Sunday we grilled the hotdogs on my parents grill and had my cake. I forgot my camera, but Ashley took some. I will get them from her soon so I can show you my cute cake. RB got me a beautiful Orhcid flower. I keep it right next to my bed, I see it everymorning and it makes me smile. I am also (most likely) getting a new computer chair. It has been a pretty good birthday:)

I went to an advising appoitment on Monday. I only have seven more credits. I am taking them all this fall. I really hope I can have the energy to do these two classes. I will graduate this fall (finally), if I can finish them! Stinkin mono :)

My family dog died this last sunday morning. He was a really old dog! He was sixteen years old. He was a great dog, We got him when I was in fifth grade! Can you believe that?? It has been sad, he must have missed my grandpa. They are together now. My Dad burried him under the trees to the north of my parents house.
